Maskal collaborates with Eli Njuchi on New Hit " Chonchi"

 


Renowned musician Jay Maskal has joined forces with Gen-Z star Eli Njuchi on a new track titled Chonchi, produced by Tricky Beats. The song is currently gaining significant traction across various media platforms.

Speaking in a phone interview from the United States, Maskal described Chonchi as a heartfelt love song with a strong emotional appeal, particularly for those in romantic relationships.

When asked about his decision to feature Eli Njuchi, Maskal praised the young artist, stating, "Eli is one of the top artists, and I’m a fan. I wouldn’t want to miss the chance to feature him on my song."

Maskal, whose real name is Masiye Kalso Kasaru, recently contributed to Tay Grin’s track Tchalosi. He first gained widespread recognition in 2010 with his debut album Nthawi, which included hit songs such as Kuwala Kwako, Udalire, Ndiwe Wanga, and Wa CV.

 Malceba Renowned hip-hop artist Mazaka Smart Banda, popularly known as Macelba, has unveiled the much anticipated music video for his song Chosadziwa Part 2. The track features singer Leslie and is part of his latest project. The video, released on Friday morning, was produced by Hendrix Kanchowa of Kanchowa Studios. Chosadziwa Part 2 is taken from Macelba’s After the Silence EP, which dropped in November last year.
